We rounded out this amazing center with the final tenant occupying 2780 +/- SF at 7895 W. Sunset Road, Suite 115. The New Tenant Tanner Anderson Churchill was able to locate in the brand new spec suite built out by the lessor! We are so excited to welcome them to the center!

Sublease and Lease all in One!

Soozi and Bobbi were successful in representing a SubLessor and the Lessor at 10501 W. Gowan in replacing an exisiting tenant with a new tenant and extending out the lease! The suite was 1890 rsf and ready to go! The new tenant is in! The old tenant is relievied of their obligations and the Lessor has a longer term lease. WIN!

Lease Renewals

Soozi and Bobbi were very pleased to represent Posthole LLC in the 5 year lease renewal for their existing tenant at 6325 S. Jones Blvd. The lease extension was valued at over $512,000!

Additionally, we had the honor of representing the same owner in another lease extension to Century Communities at 6345 S. Jones Blvd. The lease extension was valued at 745,000!

Tenant Representation

Soozi and Bobbi had the honor of representing Bear Rootz in their new location of 6125 S. Valley View. The tenant is occupying 6,621 sq ft of beautiful showroom/warehouse space and it very happy with their new location.

Park Sahara Renews Huntridge Family Clinic

Salina Ramirez recently represented the Landlord of 1830 E. Sahara on a long term lease renewal to Huntridge Family Clinic. The lease was valued at over $1,837,000.

She further represented the landlord on a new lease at 1830 E. Sahara with a lease value of over $50,100.00

El Jardin Plaza Closes Escrow for $1,850,000

Soozi and Bobbi are pleased to announce the sale of El Jardin Plaza. This value add single story retail center constructed in 1979, was situated on 1.39 +/- acres at 5704—5740 W. Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV. Well located on the northwest traffic controlled corner of W. Charleston Blvd. and Upland, just East of S. Jones Blvd.  The property sold for $1,850,000.
