Pace Business Center Renews an existing Tenant and Welcomes a new Tenant!

Pace Business Center is a single story office building located at Durango and Russell just off of the 215 Beltway. This 24,000 +/- SF office park is excited to announce the lease renewal for Cornel Realty, a Las Vegas based real estate company, within one of the suites. Additionally, we are excited to announce the newest tenant in the Project Persseus Security.

The landlord was represented by Commercial Executives in both transactions.
