Soozi and Bobbi recently expanded Persseus into an additional 3,600 +/- RSF within their existing building! We love to see tenant’s expand!

5575 S. Durango is a 24,000 +- RSF flex office single story building that is located just north of Russell on Durango and with this lease expansion it brings the occupancy to 100%
