1,250 square feet of office space at Venture Professional Center at 9455 W Russell Road was leased to an insurance company.  Soozi and Bobbi represented the landlord in the transaction!

Salina represented Total Office Environment in a 3-year lease for 3,600 square feet of flex industrial space inside Lamb Industrial Park in North Las Vegas.  

Soozi and Bobbi sold a 1,513 sf office building located on 0.19 acres at 2117 Alta, Las Vegas, for $310,000, or $205-per-square-foot.  The landlord was represented by Commercial Executives Real Estate Services!
