Charleston Office Park was happy to renew Congresswoman Dina Titus for another term in their building with the help of Soozi and Bobbi!  Her 2,748 +/- is a great space and we are glad to have her!

Our landlord was making deals in December!  Three leases in one month!  Beautiful centers attract great tenants!  Lifetime Health Concepts signed a lease on 1,699 +/- sf for the new food concept!  This one is definitely a great addition!  Drive thru and all!

The owner of Pace Plaza leased 1,170+/- sf of office space to Black Mountain Wealth Management!  Not only is the landlord building out the space to fit their needs, but it is beautiful!  We were so excited to be a part of this deal!

Bobbi and Soozi represented the owner of Pace Plaza at 7885 W. Sunset Road in a $31,596 lease for 1,170 square feet of office space!

Soozi and Bobbi represented by the Landlord and Tenant, Healthinsight in their 11,515 sf office renewal at SanMar Place.  The lease value was $1,087,700.

Soozi and Bobbi recently represented the landlord of Tropicana Heights in the signing of Studio Salons Tropicana for a new full term lease renewal for 4,800 square feet of retail space inside the 7-year-old Tropicana Heights, on 4.38 acres, at 9640 W. Tropicana Ave., Suite 114, in Las Vegas.

Soozi and Bobbi recently represented the Landlord of Tropicana Heights in the leasing of  1,182 square feet of retail space to a clothing store!  The tenant and landlord are very happy for this deal!

    Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors named Soozi as their 2014 Commercial Instructor of the Year!  Congratulations Soozi!  

Congratulations to Bobbi for her completion of a 2-year term as one of 21 community leaders appointed to the Southern Nevada Water Authority’s (SNWA) Integrated Resource Planning Advisory Committee created to guide future water resource planning for Southern Nevada.
