100 Dahlia was a 7,862 +/- RSF metal retail building located in Pahrump Nevada. Built in 2002 this one story building sits on .92 Acres and was located in Nye County. Previously the building had been occupied by Family Dollar and we were able to sell the building at the termination of the lease ensuring the building did not sit vacant and the owner did not have any loss of rent! The building sold for $520,000.
