The Las Vegas South Las Vegas Premium Outlets consists of over 140 outlets stores located within a fully airconditioned facility. This 10,000 +/- RSF Retail building has an incredible tenant mix including Fed/Ex Office, Subway, a liquor store, and nail salon and spa.

Previously the building had been occupied by Family Dollar and we were able to sell the building at the termination of the lease ensuring the building did not sit vacant and the owner did not have any loss of rent! The building sold for $520,000.
